Cheadle Glass stalwart Karl Minter has been appointed as the new Commercial Manager for the Stockport based firm. His appointment further strengthens the companys commercial team and reflects its growing stature as a leading supplier of bespoke glass products to a wide range of commercial organisations.
Minter joined Cheadle Glass fifteen years ago in a sales role for the domestic division of the company. In his new role he will be responsible for supporting the existing commercial customer base, heading up an experienced team of surveyors and estimators. Minter will also become the face of Cheadle Glass for new customers, raising the brand profile with the building trade, restaurants, hotels, shop fitters and commercial property owners.
Commenting, Minter said: Prior to joining Cheadle Glass I always worked on the commercial side and Im delighted to be returning to my roots. These are such exciting times; we have cutting edge products and a reputation for producing superb end results. Im relishing the prospect of delivering these messages to potential new customers.
Cheadle Glass was founded 43 years ago and remains a privately owned business, headed up by Keith Flowers. Commenting on Minters appointment, Flowers said: Karls enthusiasm for the business and in-depth understanding of all aspects of the industry will be a great asset to our commercial clients. We have continued to grow over recent years thanks to investment in technology and innovative new products, however, its equally important to support our clients with quality people who have the knowledge and skills to successfully deliver their projects.
